Mato Grosso do Sul authorities will go to exchange B3 on December 5 with the expectation of witnessing a landmark in infrastructure: the auction of 219 kilometers of MS-306, first state highway to be handed over to the private sector, which will be upgraded to dual carriageway in some stretches and get additional lanes in others. The future concessionaire will invest about R$1 billion.
