UPSIDE has a renowned experience in capital market transactions, notably, in structuring issuance of debentures for long-term financing (Project Finance) and short-term financing (bridge loan).

Up to now, the total amount of transactions structured by Upside is of, approximately, BRL 840 million, with emphasis on operation in which the issuance of infrastructure debentures was the exclusive source of financing for a transmission line project.

It is important to highlight we performed transactions that the sharing of guarantees reached an amount around BRL 400 million.
